Royal London was named Company of the Year and Prudential won the Outstanding Achievement award at the 28th Financial Adviser Service Awards last night.
Hundreds of advisers and providers gathered at the Natural History Museum last night (November 22) for the Financial Adviser Service Awards.
After an amazing performance from flash mob H7, comedian and Mock the Week panellist Ed Byrne took to the stage to reveal who you rated as top service providers.
In the investment category, Royal London Asset Management, Parmenion, Prudential, Octopus, Ascentric, 7IM, Scottish Widows, Transact, Quilter Cheviot, Brooks Macdonald, Investec Asset Management, LV, Novia and Canada Life were all deemed to have delivered five-star service in the last 12 months.
Investec was named the most improved investment company.
In the life and pensions category, InvestAcc was named the top company.
Five-star life and pension awards also went to Just, Dentons, Royal London Pensions, Prudential, Royal London Protection, Payment Shield, Scottish Widows, Retirement Advantage, LV, Canada Life and Old Mutual Wealth.
Natwest Intermediary Solutions was deemed the top lender when it comes to service.
The other five-star lenders picking up prizes on the night were Halifax, More2Life, West Bromwich Building Society, Nationwide Building Society, Skipton Intermediaries, Secure Trust Bank Mortgages, The Mortgage Works, BM Solutions, Legal & General Home Finance, Coventry Building Society, Scottish Widows Bank, Principality Building Society, RBS and Accord.
