However, the AIC found different attitudes to ESG investing in different age groups.

While 53 per cent of the under 45s considered ESG when investing, 43 per cent of those aged 65 or above did so.
Older respondents were also less likely to associate ESG with positive words and phrases and more likely to consider it "woke".
