BM Solutions has unveiled an online portal that makes it easier for brokers to upload documents across different devices.
The Mortgage Portal provides case tracking, updates and alerts as well as secure messaging, and downloadable valuation reports.
Phil Rickards, head of BM Solutions, said the portal has been piloted with a number of brokers and has already received positive feedback.
He added: "Following a successful pilot we’re rolling out our new Mortgage Portal to all of our brokers. We’ve listened to their feedback and the new system demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the intermediary market and our desire to continue to enhance the experience for both brokers and customers."
Advisers can also drag and drop document uploads. The portal also has full functionality for mobile and tablet users, which means it can be used on the go.
Carl Shave, director at Suffolk-based Just Mortgage Brokers, said: "Any improvements to lenders technology that assists brokers in their administrative tasks is always welcome. BM Solutions changes look to address a number of elements of which one being making the operation of uploading documents a simpler process.
"Also having the system accessible across different platforms such as tablet and mobile is a good addition in an age of varying models of communications."
