Halifax customers who remortgage by 24 June could earn a £1,000 cashback.
The lender is offering the deal to customers who complete on a qualifying mortgage by the date.
Andrew Montlake, director at mortgage adviser Coreco, said: "Cashback offers have always been popular and this will no doubt go down well with clients looking to remortgage.
"However, it is important not to just focus on the cashback and compare rates thoroughly with others that are out there."
The offer is also available to first-time buyers and home movers, and customers will also have their basic legal fees and standard valuation paid for.
Halifax mortgages director Andrew Bickers said: "Our cashback for first-time buyers and home movers has been such a success that we’re now rolling it out so that remortgagers who switch to us can enjoy a welcome cash injection."
Cashback is paid automatically on completion.
