The past year or so has seen record amounts of money pour into funds which consider environmental, social and governance issues. According to the Investment Association, UK savers put almost £1bn a month on average into ESG funds in 2020.
ESG funds under management now totals more than £85bn, growing 66 per cent during 2020 compared to 7 per cent growth across funds overall.
